Karl Lagerfeld Arrives in Singapore and Premieres Short Film Celebrating Chanel's Centenary

On 8 May, creative director of Chanel Karl Lagerfeld who celebrates thirty years at the helm of the French luxury label premieres his short film celebrating the centennial year of founder Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel's first boutique opening in Deauville, a seaside town in the South of France.

Held at the iconic Raffles Hotel in Singapore and attended by media, guests as well as international supermodels including Saskia de Brauw, Cara Delevingne and Du Juan, the movie also simultaneously made its debut on the Internet.

On 9 May, Lagerfeld will showcase Chanel's Cruise 2013/2014 collection at Dempsey Hill, a formerly used as an army barracks and now a bustling lifestyle and F&B destination.
