As part of Isetan Fashion Week in Singapore, the eclectic designs of fashion label RÊVASSEUR, which featured as part of the PARCO next NEXT show during the 2013 Audi Fashion Festival in Singapore, are on display in a pop-up showcase at the Orchard location of the Japanese departmental chain until 5 September 2013. On 31 August from 2 to 5pm, the creative director will be conducting a DIY workshop on sewing, imparting skills to budding fashion designers.

RÊVASSEUR, which means ‘daydreamer’ in French, is a mix of whimsical and avant garde designs, with strong silhouettes, a play on textures and prints, and some down-right outrageous OTT novelties. Founded in 2010, the label aims to bring "fun" back into fashion, to encourage its wearers to experiment and to make a statement with a personal style that is uniquely theirs.

RÊVASSEUR SS2013 "SHIPS AHOY!" at AUDI FASHION FESTIVAL

The label's Spring/Summer 2013 collection currently being showcased, entitled “Ships Ahoy!”, is a casual, playful, and sometimes cheeky collection inspired by Fleet Week and sailor outfits. The designs contain signature quirky RÊVASSEUR shapes, in red, white and blue, and some splashes of gold, with digital prints designed in-house. Common motifs that appear throughout the collection include anchors, wheels, and boat shapes.
