Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 2014 | Milan Fashion Week
By Men's Journal Online | 12 January 2014

The Kings of Norman, the decedents of Vikings who once ruled in northern France and English, has conquest Dolce & Gabbana’s menswear collection for the next winter, as the collection previewed on the first day of Milan Fashion Week on Saturday, 11 January. The collection is claimed as a Norman Sicily by the duo designers, who always find something vaguely reminiscent of the history of Domenico Dolce’s home island.

“The Norman period in Sicily is fascinating,” said Dolce, “it was the first time that the people from the extreme North of Europe fought their way down to the South.”
