Ralph Lauren has been revealed as the recipient of the event’s ‘Outstanding Achievement’ award. The British Fashion Council selected the fashion icon for the creative vision and business flair displayed over the course of the 77-year-old’s lengthy career.

Lauren will be presented with the honor at the awards ceremony on 5 December in London, alongside the winners of nine additional categories and a series of special recognition prizes. Last year's title was awarded to Karl Lagerfeld.
