Hermès Arceau les temps suspendu - Watches & Wonders 2025 #WatchesandWonders2025
By SENATUS Editor | 2 April 2025

Launched in 2011, le temps suspendu by Hermès playfully challenges the concept of time, offering a momentary escape from the conventional. It celebrates time as a companion, teasing its usual rhythm to focus on the present. In this beautiful paradox, it is the time we forget that becomes the time we cherish. Now, in 2025, Hermès reimagines this signature complication, debuting it for the first time in the Hermès Cut collection and redesigning it on the iconic Arceau.

The new Arceau le temps suspendu is a refined take on the 2011 original. Its slender 42mm case gracefully frames an openworked dial, showcasing the exclusive “Le Temps Suspendu” module. Powered by the Manufacture Hermès H1837 movement, this intricate mechanism is visible through the transparent caseback, offering a glimpse into the artistry that drives the watch. Available in white or rose gold, the cases are paired with three elegant dial colors: sunburst blue, sunburst brown desert, and sunburst rouge sellier. The characteristic asymmetrical lugs, crafted in the Hermès Horloger workshops, continue to affirm the timeless nature of this iconic line.

This reimagined version of le temps suspendu is not just a watch—it is an invitation to pause, appreciate, and savor the fleeting beauty of time.
