15 January 2010

HONG KONG Located in the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui, the former Marine Police Headquarters have been rejuvenated and re-integrated into the urban fabric of the area.

The 120 year-old historical development has been revitalized and transformed into a new cultural and shopping landmark in Hong Kong. Introducing, the "1881 Heritage"

Subsequent to extensive renovation and conservation works carried out by Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited, 1881 Heritage now spans an area of 130,000 square feet and features a heritage hotel, an uptrend shopping arcade and an exhibition hall which allows visitors to discover the history of the site.

Occupying a prime site on Canton Road, 1881 Heritage is at the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui's cultural and shopping hub. Only steps away from Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Hong Kong Space Museum and Hong Kong Museum of Art, the site also neighbours Kowloon Park.
