Gucci Beauty has opened its first boutique in Singapore, located at ION Orchard. Sophisticated combinations of materials and elements including cherry-red wood floors, pale pink furniture, luminous mirrored tiles, and video walls, complete the design look for the store, inline with the House's eclectic codes.
Inside, an interactive fragrance bar invites guests to immerse themselves in the world of Gucci’s collection of luxury fragrances. Digital screens provide educational product contents, allowing visitors to discover the blends and latest campaigns, while a dedicated consultant helps fragrance lovers customize scents through layering.
Additionally, clients are given the option to have monograms engraved on a selection of Gucci Beauty products.
Offering an omnichannel customer experience, the boutique also integrates touchpoints such as QR codes and interactive tables and screens that allow access to one-of-a-kind Gucci games, apps, and e-boutique shopping features that support in-store discovery.
