IWC Schaffhausen marked a new chapter in Singapore on December 10, 2025, with the unveiling of its new concept boutique at ION Orchard.

The Swiss watchmaker has designed a 100-square-metre environment that blends technical sophistication with inviting warmth to create a refined space where clients can experience the brand's engineering excellence. The interior reflects a commitment to timeless design through a careful selection of dark wood, textured metal, and soft textiles which results in an atmosphere of understated elegance.

This modern layout redefines the retail experience by featuring a comfortable lounge inspired by the "Miramar" Pantone color. This distinct light blue shade was developed in collaboration with Pantone and first appeared on the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 references earlier in the year. To enhance the visit, the new concept boutique includes a dedicated bar area where guests can relax with refreshments while immersing themselves in the IWC universe.

The opening is celebrated with a specially commissioned artwork by Singaporean artist Kelly Jin Mei who utilized the Golden Ratio and the Fibonacci concept to mirror the intricate parts of a watch. Her creation consists of over 220 pieces of crochet and ceramic in the signature Miramar color scheme and adds a unique three-dimensional element to the space.

Visitors are encouraged to engage directly with the mechanics of horology in the watchmaking class area where hands-on workshops are led by IWC-trained watchmakers. The location also houses storytelling modules that showcase technical marvels such as the 400-Year Gear and the complex obsidian dial.
