Lamborghini Ankonian from Slavche Tanevski

The Lamborghini Ankonian is a concept design from Slavche Tanevski, student at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, submitted to the Lamborghini Raw Materials Project, a course conducted by Professor/Dr. Othmar Wickenheiser.

Tanevski has followed the Lamborghini tradition by naming his concept design after a bull as well - the "Ankonian", a special breed of bulls that are known for its black hide of fur.

Unlike modern supercars which have a large width in the forward cabins and aggressive looking components, the Lamborghini Ankonian adopts a fairly narrow silhouette, with a more "GT-look" with its long hood. The Ankonian mixes it up the smooth with the angular ~ its sharp panels contributing to a uniquely stylistic look.

Tanevski conceptualized the Ankonian as the next generation Lamborghini Reventon, with the themes of "elegance" and "harmony" in mind. The triangular shape and color of the body juxtaposed in glossy black and matte gray color truly makes the Ankonian truly forward- looking, aggressive in an understated manner.

Taking approximately 6 months to mold the model out of clay instead of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, Tanevski went to many iterations of his design. He was however, lent a helping hand by the designers at Lamborgini and Audi.

We congratulate designer Slavche Tanevski for bringing "art to life" in this project and giving us much excitement about the future look of supercars.
