MB&F M.A.D.Gallery Opens in The Dubai Mall

By Natalie White

MB&F's M.A.D.Gallery where the independent watch label showcases its complete range of timepieces including the Horological Machines and Legacy Machines, alongside a carefully-curated selection of mechanical art devices (hence, the moniker "M.A.D.") pieces, is a destination that has attracted fans and customers, drawing them into a captivating universe of kinetic art.

These interesting mechanical creations include Machine Lights by Frank Buchwald, as well as MB&F's table clock collaborations with L'Epée like Kelys & ChirpDestination Moon, Arachnophobia 1839, Balthazar. More on which exhibits are currently showing can be found here.

The third "boutique" (to call it loosely) in Dubai, following openings in Geneva in 2011, then Taipei in 2014, was originally located in the Alserkal Avenue creative district. Since its inauguration in January 2016, the gallery has been a success, playing an essential role in boosting the awareness and sales of MB&F in the region.

16 months later, the Swiss indie's local retail partner and operator of the gallery, Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, have decided to up the ante and has re-located to The Dubai Mall - the world's largest mall by total area.
