Rising NBA star Victor Wembanyama is new house ambassador for Louis Vuitton

Victor Wembanyama, a rising star on the international sports scene began his basketball career playing in his hometown of Nanterre in France before rising in the regional ranks and playing his first match for the French National Team in 2022.

Within his first season, he swept the board, winning titles including Most Valuable Player, Best Young Player Of The Year, Leading scorer and leading shot blocker.

Considered one of the principal prospects in basketball history, Victor who is also affectionally known as "Wemby" was selected number 1 overall in the 2023 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs, proving a deft decision as he leads all newcomers in points, rebounds and steals, and the entire league in blocks.

Striving for excellence and with a perpetual honing of craft, Victor joins Louis Vuitton on a journey of shared values and aligned ambitions. Like Louis Vuitton himself, the young athlete has blazed a trail, excelling in a career that is only just beginning.
