SINGAPORE 15th April 2010 – The Hershey Company, known as The Chocolate Company in the United States has appointed Gill Capital (S) Pte Ltd to open its first South East Asia Hershey’s Chocolate World store in Singapore. Gill Capital (S) Pte Ltd has signed exclusively with Hershey’s for the expansion and franchise rights of Hershey’s Chocolate World in South East Asia and the Middle East.
The company intends to concurrently launch more Hershey’s Chocolate World concept stores in both continents within the next following months.
Hershey’s Chocolate World represents fun, happiness and excitement and offers a wide array of Hershey products for people of all ages. Gill Capital is pleased to open the first Hershey Chocolate World store in South East Asia in Singapore’s very first Integrated Resort, Resorts World Sentosa. Situated in front of the first Universal Studios in the region, the Hershey store is the perfect complement to the Resort and will further heighten the customer experience.
Fun, sweetness and adventure awaits at Singapore’s Hershey’s Chocolate World. You’ll be greeted by a giant Hershey bar character as you enter this delightful world of excitement and entertainment devoted to all things chocolate. The store offers more than 200 Hershey’s products including giant chocolate bars, Hershey memorabilia, and even customized products.
