Two Worlds — A Photographic Exhibition by Jaeger-LeCoultre

23 November 2015

By Scott Campbell

Renowned for its longstanding commitment to the worlds of cinema and photography, Jaeger-LeCoultre presents an original photographic exhibition at its New York flagship on Madison Avenue, from 17 to 30 November.

Entitled 'Two Worlds', this series of outstanding photographs by Caitlin Cronenberg capture the elegance, free-spirit and spontaneous personality of actress Sarah Gadon wearing a Jaeger-LeCoultre Rendez-Vous watch.

'Two Worlds', a creative encounter transcending time
'Two Worlds' offers a unique rendezvous with an inspiring actress, her finger firmly on the beat of time, and a meaningful watch collection, the Rendez-Vous, that grasps each moment with authentic fervour.

The symbiosis between Sarah Gadon and her watch is beautifully captured by Caitlin Cronenberg in this series of photographs.

The Canadian screen award-winning actress oscillates, her Rendez-Vous on her wrist, between two diametrically opposed universes of her old and new life in New York. She gravitates between Brooklyn and Manhattan, alternatively enjoying her home or exploring the city.

"Each watch becomes a tiny piece of art which you carry with you every day", Sarah Gadon confided after she fell in love with the Rendez-Vous Collection back at the 70th Venice International Film Festival.
