French fashion label agnès b. will be kicking off a world tour of its Snap Cardigan Photo Exhibition in Singapore, featuring close to 70 new and archived photographs taken over 20 years. 

The snap cardigan, the fashion house's iconic signature design that has defined its hallmark sihouette, will play muse to the lens of internationally renowned artists and photographers.

The Singapore edition will see 7 new and additional works contributed by local and regional artists including filmmaker Royston Tan, photographer Leslie Kee, actress-singer Karena Lam, visual artist Lam Wai Kit and songstress Cheer Chan.

European artists such as Mikael Lafontan and Agnes Bonnot will also have their works featured.

In conjunction with the exhibition, limited edition agnes b. Snap Cardigan Photo Exhibition merchandise will be offered and made available at agnes b. VOYAGE store at The Paragon. Exclusive items include accessories such as tote bags, umbrellas, pouches and flasks. Pieces will be adorned with signature agnes b. snap cardigan prints.

The agnes b Snap Cardigan Photo Exhibition will travel to Taipei, Hong Kong and Shanghai for its Asian leg before heading to Paris, the United States and the United Kingdom in 2014.

On 5 September, close to 300 guests attended the launch of the exhibition with celebrities such as MTV VJ’s Hanli Hoefer, host and actor Ben Yeo, model extraordinaires Fiona Fussi and Livv Lo, DJ Sonia Chew, and DJ and host for the night, Rosalyn Lee, showing their support in agnès b. apparels as they mingled to the lounge beats from the decks of the DJ.

The evening was graced by renowned local photographer Leslie Kee and Hong Kong starlet Karena Lam, two of the seven artists who unveiled their collaborations for the exhibition.
