Following the success of Social Media Week in February 2012, which brought over 4,000 people together across one exciting week, AKA Asia is proud to host the award-winning Social Media Week Singapore (SMWSG) for a second year running. Held across 26 cities, Social Media Week explores the limitless world of social media through its unifying theme: Open & Connected: Principles for a Collaborative World.
From February 18-22, 2013, SMWSG is back and promises to be bigger and better, with over 30 game-changing and interactive events set to shine a light on the constantly evolving landscape of social media. As always, all Social Media Week events are free to host and free to attend. Organisations and individuals who are interested can host their own creative events, mixers, panel discussions, masterclasses or record-breaking stunts.
SMWSG 2013 will be supported by a diverse advisory board comprising of Singapore’s top digital experts and creative minds including John Eng (LinkedIn), Gwen Tan (SG Entrepreneurs), Jamshed Wadia (Intel), Camille Schu (Luxola.com, Secret {W} Business), Charlene Fang (inSing.com), Duane Melius (VMLQais), Grace Clapham (Agent Grace, Secret {W} Business), Jason Aspes (Newton Circus), Kien Lee (SENATUS), Mohan Belani (e27), Simon Kemp (We Are Social), Adrianna Tan (Popagandhi.com) and Cherry Chan (System Sovereign).
