Behind the Scenes: SENATUS x Dior #SS18

16 March 2018

Go behind the scenes as we shoot "When the Worlds of Art, Feminism and Fashion Collide" featuring Dior's Spring-Summer 2018 collection, which was inspired by French-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle (1930–2002).

At the time of the liberation of women in the 1960s, Niki de Saint Phalle had thrown herself into a close relationship with art, the world and herself. Like all artists, she was driven by her emotions. And it is this feminine creativity that speaks to Maria Grazia Chiuri.

de Saint Phalle's heart pendant, a spider illustration, and Tarot Garden installation are some of her creations that feature in our exclusive #SENATUSxDIOR editorial, with model Nina lensed by Ivanho & Shysi.
