
adidas and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team have launched the Silver Arrows Collection—a sleek fanwear capsule celebrating 70 years since the legendary Mercedes-Benz W196 claimed its world championship title. Timed to debut at the team’s home Grand Prix at Silverstone, the collection captures the spirit of racing heritage with a contemporary twist.
Anchored in silver and grey tones, the design pays homage to the original “Silver Arrow,” with metallic chalice details and vintage-inspired touches. The standout hoodie features a tartan interior—a direct reference to the W196’s car seat lining—while the number 25, honoring today’s team, appears throughout the range in original race car typography.
The fanwear lineup includes hoodies, sweatshirts, tees, fleece, shorts, trousers and accessories—all crafted for both trackside energy and street-ready appeal. Designed to empower the community of fans who fuel the team’s momentum, each piece evokes both legacy and loyalty.
