Piaget Swinging Sautoir necklace watch - an ultimate couture creation
By SENATUS Editor | 31 March 2023

Piaget has released a new Swinging Sautoir watch on a necklace, which in turn was inspired by a 1969 model.

The new timepiece's palace decor dial pays tribute to the Maison's goldsmith expertise signature, offering a unique radiant effect.

In addition, the hand-crafting of the gold chain was minutely researched, by reverse-engineering the original, so that the painstaking technique of twisting and shaping the fine 18 carat gold thread replicated and perfected the skill employed some 50 years ago.

This contrasts with the advanced, high-tech process used to make the watch case itself, perfecting and improving on what has gone before.
